- We are looking for a Product Compliance Manager (R&D) to ensure that KK products (KKIP) meet all regulatory, safety, and certification requirements - now and in the future.

- You'll own the product compliance strategy across all stages of development, working closely with product development teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance Landscape Ownership - Monitor, interpret, and manage evolving regulatory and certification requirements.

- SME Network Management - Build and manage relationships with internal subject matter experts and external advisors.

- Embedded Compliance in Product Development - Integrate compliance requirements into product design and engineering from the concept phase.

- Process Integration & Governance - Ensure compliance processes are embedded in R&D workflows and design gates.

- Product Assessments & Gate Reviews - Conduct risk assessments, compliance evaluations, and approve readiness for product launch.

- Audit, Certification & Documentation Management - Manage technical files, declarations of conformity, and coordinate with test labs and certification bodies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of compliance experience in R&D, preferably in electronics, energy, embedded systems, or industrial automation.

- Deep knowledge of EU, US, and international regulatory standards relevant to the compliance areas listed above.

- Proven experience in risk assessment, certification audits, and compliance documentation.

- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable engineering tasks.

- Hands-on experience working with third-party test labs, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills.

- High level of organization, attention to detail, and leadership ability.
