We are seeking an experienced Presales Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid and proposal management activities for BFSI clients.


The role requires strong expertise in presales support, RFP/RFI response management, proposal development, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact between sales, solution teams, delivery, finance, legal, and external partners to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant bid submissions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client queries across BFSI engagements.


- Own the complete bid lifecycle, including bid qualification, planning, scheduling, reviews, and final submission.


- Lead proposal development activities such as solution articulation, executive summaries, pricing inputs, compliance matrices, and value propositions.


- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, solution architects, delivery, finance, legal, and procurement) to gather inputs and ensure alignment.


- Handle and mentor presales/proposal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.


- Develop customized client presentations, solution decks, and product demonstrations aligned with customer requirements.


- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to strengthen proposals and positioning.


- Maintain and manage a centralized repository of proposals, reusable content, case studies, credentials, and templates.


- Ensure proposals comply with organizational standards, branding guidelines, and customer requirements.


Secondary Responsibilities :


- Support contract and agreement negotiations in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.


- Contribute to business planning, pricing strategies, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.


- Manage vendor coordination, including payment tracking and commercial follow-ups. Handle service-related escalations and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.


- Provide post-bid analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.


Required Skills & Competencies :


- Strong experience in BFSI presales and bid management


- Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills


- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities


- Proven leadership and team-handling experience


- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Attributes:


Exposure to large-scale BFSI transformation or digital initiatives


- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
