- Experience in BFSI vertical in Vietnam Region.
- Should have strong relationship with Bank CISO/CTO, CXOs.
Job Description
- As a Sales Manager Support ,Build, nurture and manage a competitive, growth-oriented sales team.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Building a sales framework that can be replicated across the organization.
- Devising sales quotas, incentive plans and ensuring that quotas are met.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Direct Sales Team and inside sales reps.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and plan realistic forecasts.
- Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve the inbound funnel.
