Description:


We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sales and branch hiring for our Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume sales recruitment, experience setting up or scaling branch networks, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to deliver on aggressive hiring targets.

What You'll Do:


- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Credit, and Branch Operations roles in the LAP vertical.


- Drive bulk hiring for relationship managers, area sales managers, and branch staff across multiple geographies.


- Partner with business heads and regional HR teams to understand manpower plans and hiring needs.


- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal

referrals, and recruitment drives.


- Manage and coordinate with external recruitment partners and agencies.


- Ensure a strong focus on quality of hire, turnaround time (TAT), and cost per hire metrics.


- Conduct campus and local market hiring initiatives for field sales roles.


- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.


- Use data-driven insights and dashboards to track hiring progress and optimize recruitment processes.

What Were Looking For:


- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred).


- 5-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in sales or branch hiring in BFSI/NBFC.


- Proven track record of high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


- Strong understanding of LAP / Home Loans / Retail Asset business models.


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel dashboards, ATS, etc.


- Ability to handle multiple regions and prioritize under tight timelines.
