- This role will be critical in driving data-driven decisions to enhance sales effectiveness and branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Profitability Analysis:
- Analyze branch-level performance metrics, including revenue, cost, and profit margins.
- Identify key drivers of profitability and propose strategies to enhance branch-level outcomes.
Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics across branches.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement profitability enhancement strategies.
- Assist in setting sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track branch-level KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, operations, and regional sales teams to align branch goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to branch managers and sales teams to optimize performance.
Market Insights & Forecasting:
- Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning and local market conditions.
- Assist in forecasting sales performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Education - MBA or equivalent is preferred from a premium college
