- We are looking for a Product Analytics professional with 2-5 years of experience to drive data-informed decision-making across key product areas, including Homepage & Engagement, Loan Against Property, and new product initiatives.

- In this role, you will own critical product metrics, design and analyze experiments, and uncover insights that fuel product improvement and business growth.

- You will work closely with product, engineering, business, and marketing teams to define success metrics, build analytical models, and deliver actionable recommendations.

- The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization, along with a solid understanding of product dynamics and the lending ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

- Take end-to-end ownership of the Insurance funnels, Credit Pulse Funnels (Credit Simulator) and key metrics; work closely with product owners to define measurement areas and ensure progress is aligned with goals.

- Develop strong hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and uncover high-confidence opportunities for product improvement.

- Proactively drive business growth by leveraging insights to identify product opportunities and potential risks.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to define problem statements, gather data, build analytical models, and deliver actionable recommendations.

- Identify and implement efficient processes for data reporting, dashboard creation, and communication.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts to support their growth and success.

What We're Looking For:

- Tech/BE in Computer Science or a related technical/quantitative field, or a strong background in Statistics.

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in core business or product analytics.

- Solid understanding of product dynamics within the insurance or lending ecosystem.

- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python.

- Strong data visualization skills and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel.

- Excellent communication skills with proven experience working collaboratively across teams including data engineering, product, business, and marketing.
