Role Overview:

As a Manager/Sr. Manager in the Founders Office, you will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving high-impact initiatives that shape the companys growth trajectory. This role involves navigating complex business challenges, synthesizing data into actionable insights, and managing cross-functional projects that span product, finance, and operations. You will work closely with the founders to evaluate new market opportunities, optimize existing business lines, and communicate the companys performance to key stakeholders, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and the viability of new product launches.

- Conduct deep-dive business analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and growth levers, providing the leadership team with data-backed recommendations.

- Manage end-to-end strategic projects, ensuring alignment across departments and timely execution of key organizational priorities.

- Extract and manipulate large datasets using SQL to derive insights on customer behavior, credit risk, and market trends.
