Role Overview:
- We're looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to join our growing insurance team.
-You will work at the intersection of digital strategy, business development, and regulatory compliance to build and scale our insurance distribution platform.
- This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, ownership, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
What We're Looking For:
- Digital Distribution Strategy o Define and execute go-to-market strategies for insurance products across life, health, and general insurance.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to drive digital journeys for purchase and servicing.
Business Partnerships:
- Onboard and manage relationships with insurance partners (Insurers, Brokers, TPAs).
- Co-create value propositions, drive joint campaigns, and optimize commercial models.
IRDAI Compliance & Regulatory Management:
- Ensure all initiatives are in line with IRDAI norms and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with compliance/legal teams and regulators as needed.
Drive Bottom Line :
- Track key KPIs - premium volumes, commission income, product attachment rates.
- Identify levers to improve unit economics and customer lifetime value through protection cross-sell.
- Support for Other Cross-Sell Initiatives.
- Be willing to work on other non-insurance cross-sell products.
- Identify and evaluate cross-sell opportunities and products across the customer lifecycle.
- Responsibilities will mirror insurance distribution - including digital strategy, partner management, compliance, and P&L ownership.
- 3-6 years of experience in fintech/insurance/financial services/startups.
- Prior exposure to insurance or product distribution (broker, digital platform, or B2C fintech) preferred.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of IRDAI regulations (POSP, Corporate Agency, ISNP etc. ) is a plus.
- Hunger to build new products and willingness to operate across verticals.
