AVP/ Senior Manager - AMC Relationship Manager and Tie-up

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage and strengthen relationships with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), drive strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial arrangements, and support business growth through product access, training initiatives, and distribution partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage AMC relationships for empanelment, product access, commercial terms, training support, and partnership initiatives.

- Coordinate onboarding with priority AMCs and ensure seamless availability of schemes across platforms.

- Negotiate trail commissions, B30 incentives, campaign support, reporting formats, and training programs.

- Partner with AMCs to organize fund manager sessions, product trainings, market updates, and investor education initiatives.

- Monitor AMC-wise AUM, inflows, SIPs, revenue yield, product mix, and commission reconciliation.

- Coordinate with Operations, RTAs, and AMCs to resolve transaction, folio mapping, and payout-related issues.

- Support the expansion of adjacent investment products such as Bonds, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, NPS, PMS, and AIFs.

Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience in AMC Relationship Management, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Distribution, or Financial Services.

- Strong understanding of the mutual fund industry, AMC operations, and distribution ecosystem.

- Experience in partner management, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
