Strategic Planning & Execution: - Execute the development and implementation of the company's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the overall mission, vision, and business objectives. - Manage the strategic planning process, including the creation of annual and long-term business plans, budgets, and growth strategies. - Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives, from inception to completion, and ensure all projects are on track to meet defined goals.
