Kira Studio - Founding Leadership/CXO - Insurance & Deep Tech

About the role:

One of our portfolio companies is building a deep-tech-led solution for the UAE insurance broking and TPA market. We are bringing together a founding leadership team to shape the business, challenge existing ways of working, and build from the ground up.

Leadership opportunities:

We are interested in professionals across Chief of Staff/Strategy, Product, Partnerships & Business Development, Technology/CTO, and other relevant CXO or leadership roles. Professionals with strong insurance-focused strategy and consulting experience are also welcome.

Who we want to meet:

Ideally, you bring 8 - 9 years or more of relevant experience in the UAE insurance ecosystem, across a TPA, insurance brokerage, insurer, insurance-focused consultancy, or closely related business.

You understand how the industry actually works - its stakeholders, business processes, partnerships, commercial realities, and unresolved problems. You bring depth in your area, credibility within the ecosystem, and the curiosity to explore a different way of doing things.

Most importantly, you are excited about using technology and deep tech to rethink the industry, rather than simply digitising existing processes.

This is a building role - not a maintenance role:

You will help define the opportunity, validate it with the market, and build the capabilities, partnerships, and team needed to turn it into a business.

This is not a conventional leadership position in an established insurance company. It is an opportunity for someone comfortable with early-stage uncertainty, hands-on execution, and ownership beyond a fixed job description.
