Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for maintenance of all Finance related activities, such as financial accounting, expense control, tax matters and general accounts, finalisation of accounts. - Accounting and finalisation of accounts and various MIS's - Hands on experience in preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements of Company - Responsible for cash flow, tax management, budget and financial control / reporting - Any regulatory co-ordination with local regulators/ administrators/ lawyers/ auditors/ tax consultants - Formulation of strategies, policies, and procedures including costing, tax, asset, budget, credit and cash flow management. - Directs timely and accurate preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports. - Framing Guidelines for MIS & Reporting - Management of banking transactions - Implementation of processes and systems - Regulatory reporting - Liaise with Internal auditors / statutory auditors / tax, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters.
