Education/Qualification :

MBA/CA with 5-10 years experience in commercial management, partnerships, business development, consulting, corporate finance, or contract management.

Role Brief :

- Responsible for negotiating and managing agreements with Indian language institutes, German recruitment agencies, healthcare employers, and strategic partners.

- The role involves evaluating partnership opportunities, driving commercial outcomes

- Coordinating with legal and operations teams, and supporting business growth through strategic partner engagement and expansion initiatives.

Requirements :

- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation skills required.

- International business exposure preferred.
