Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

- Oversee lead generation, nurturing, and conversion activities.

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and university partners.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, targets, and professional standards.

- 3-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in DLP sales, EdTech, education.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent understanding of sales metrics, data analysis, and CRM tools.

- Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving ambitious targets.
