About You:

The Sr. Project / Change Manager is a hands-on transformation leader who combines disciplined project execution with deep change management expertise to deliver sustainable global business process change.

In this role, you will lead medium to high-complexity projects and workstreams, with a strong emphasis on organizational change, stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and sustainability. You will partner with the PMO, senior stakeholders, and Global Process Owners to design practical solutions, deliver end-to-end change, and build project and change capability across global teams. Job responsibilities include:

Change Management & Adoption Leadership:

- Lead and coach change management activities to enable adoption of global process and capability changes.

- Identify organizational, process, and behavioral impacts and integrate change actions into program and project plans.

- Develop communication, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and reinforcement strategies aligned to change objectives.

- Measure and monitor readiness, adoption, sustainability, and value realization of implemented changes.

- Partner with business leaders to strengthen accountability and ownership for change outcomes.

Project & Workstream Execution:

- Lead medium to high-complexity projects or workstreams from initiation through closure.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation actions.

- Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timeline, cost, quality, and benefit expectations.

- Apply established PMO project and change methodologies, tools, templates, governance, and performance metrics.

- Proactively manage risks, issues, interdependencies, and changes, escalating through the appropriate governance forums.

Solution Design & Business Transformation:

- Provide solution design support for medium-complexity initiatives aligned with global process standards and enterprise objectives.

- Translate business needs into structured scopes, delivery approaches, implementation plans, and change strategies.

- Partner with Global Process Owners and subject matter experts to design scalable end-to-end solutions.

- Analyze complex business processes and support standardization, optimization, automation, and operating model transformation.

Stakeholder & Governance Leadership:

- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear insights, options, recommendations, and trade-offs.

- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, working sessions, and status reviews to enable alignment and timely decisions.

- Navigate complex global stakeholder environments while balancing enterprise and local requirements.

- Prepare concise project and change communications and maintain transparency throughout delivery.

Leadership, Coaching & Continuous Improvement:

- Provide leadership and coaching to project teams and business partners on project and change management practices.

- Build capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and practical guidance.

- Identify lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, tools, templates, and standards.

- Model structured problem solving, accountability, collaboration, and outcome-based delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 10- 12 years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional, or global environments.

- Demonstrated experience leading medium to high-complexity initiatives across functions or geographies.

- Strong hands-on experience in organizational change management, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainability.

- Experience working with global process standards and enterprise methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder influence, facilitation, written communication, and executive-ready reporting skills.

- Fluent English; additional languages are preferred.

- Self-starter who takes ownership of projects, actions, and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project and change management certification or formal training, such as PMP, Agile, Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent.

- Experience supporting global, multi-country, and multi-function transformation initiatives.

- Experience with Lean Six Sigma thinking, systems, and tools.

- Experience in Global Business Services, shared services, or a highly matrixed organization.
