
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat and referral business.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch narratives tailored to client needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to shape and execute aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to influence strategic decision-making.
- Maintain an active pipeline, track sales performance, and ensure accurate forecasting across all stages.
- Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and forums to generate visibility and new leads.
- Deliver regular updates and insights to senior leadership on KPIs, revenue goals, and strategic progress.
- Drive internal alignment by communicating the status and impact of ongoing initiatives to stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed account reports highlighting performance, opportunities, and risk areas.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Concept Selling, Account Management, or related business development roles.
- Preferred background in entertainment, sponsorship, media, or advertising industries.
- Strong proficiency in crafting and delivering high-impact presentations and proposals.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality orientation.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
