About the Role:

As a Program Manager at Kyzo, you'll be the glue between strategy and execution - driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring flawless delivery, and enabling leadership to make faster, data-backed decisions.

You'll own high-impact projects across business operations, city launches, and process optimization - working directly with senior leadership and founders.

What You'll Do:

1) Drive and manage strategic programs end-to-end - from scoping to execution to impact measurement.

2) Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Strategy teams to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.

3) Build dashboards, processes, and tracking systems to improve visibility and efficiency across functions.

4) Identify bottlenecks proactively and drive data-driven problem solving to ensure timelines and KPIs are met.

5) Run weekly business reviews and present performance insights to leadership.

6) Enable scale by institutionalizing best practices, playbooks, and automation wherever possible.

What We're Looking For:

1) 3-7 years of experience in Program Management / Strategy / Business Operations / Consulting / Founders' Office roles.

2) Strong background in execution excellence, stakeholder management, and process design.

3) Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive structure in fast-moving environments.

4) Excellent analytical skills - comfortable with data, dashboards, and metrics.

5) Exceptional communication and project management skills.

6) Education from IIT / NIT / BITS / IIIT or a top-tier institute is highly preferred.
