Job Description

- Formulate, establish, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate reporting.

- Ensure timely closure of books every month

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and reporting

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP for all group entities

- Review monthly Financial Reporting including Consolidated results

- Review quarterly/annual Financial Statement and ensure compliance with relevant statute

- Ensure adequacy of NPA provisions in compliance with ECL norms

- Ensure that financial ratios are monitored regularly and are in line with regulatory requirements

- Front end all audits and ensure timely closure

- Systems & Processes would be an integral part of the role; ability to set up systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigation to be put into place.

- Support the organisation in creation of risk management framework

- Review effectiveness of controls in relation to IFC compliances

- Mentoring team members and guiding them in meeting team's objective

Qualification

- CA with 5-6 years of experience

- Experience in a NBFC controllership team or experience of auditing a NBFC/Bank client (preferably from a Big 4)

- Good understanding of NBFC compliances

- Practical knowledge of Ind AS and IGAAP

- Experience of setting up IFC framework

- Experience of leading team of 5-6 members
