Growth Program Manager - Insurance

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Growth Program Manager - Insurance to lead and scale our insurance vertical. This is a high-ownership role requiring you to work across operations, product, finance and partnerships. You will define the roadmap, drive execution and ensure operational excellence as we scale this high-margin business line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the insurance metrics end-to-end from strategy to execution

- Design and optimize ops processes: user journeys, premium collections claims and reconciliation

- Manage relationships with insurance partners, brokers and vendors

- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Tech) for smooth rollouts

- Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements across the funnel

- Ensure regulatory compliance (IRDAI) and readiness for audits

- Identify and launch new insurance products for our merchant base

What We're Looking For:

- 2-4 years of experience in insurance operations, distribution or product

- Experience in fintech or startup environments is a plus

- Strong execution skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity

- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or dashboard tools is a bonus

- Excellent stakeholder management-both internal and external

- Comfort with insurance compliance, documentation and regulation workflows

- Passionate about solving real-world problems for MSMEs

Bonus Points For:

- Prior experience with insurers, brokers or digital insurance platforms

- Exposure to embedded insurance models

- Working knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products
