About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets to join our team immediately.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support end-to-end project execution.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and effective client handling are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with precision.

- Conduct detailed analysis of Capital Market processes, including trading, settlement, risk management, compliance, and investment operations.

- Prepare high-quality documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

- Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct implementation.

- Participate in requirement validation, workshops, and UAT coordination.

- Handle client communications independently, ensuring transparency, clarity, and timely updates.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and successful project implementation.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Capital Markets (Mandatory).

- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Financial Services.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and system interactions.

- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
