Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager / B2B Growth Specialist to drive strategic partnerships and accelerate enterprise revenue growth.
In this role, you will own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, build long-term partnerships, and unlock new revenue opportunities across OEMs, fintech, e-commerce, and digital ecosystems. You will play a critical role in expanding KGeN's footprint by closing high-value deals and forging alliances that scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
- Build, manage, and grow high-value enterprise accounts and partnerships
- Identify and close OEM and strategic partnership opportunities
- Drive revenue growth across B2B, loyalty, rewards, and digital ecosystems
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, partnerships) to align solutions with client needs
- Lead negotiations, commercial structuring, and contract closures for large deals
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales or business development
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong experience in OEM partnerships and strategic alliances
- Established network/connections across e-wallets, fintech, and e-commerce ecosystems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure high-value deals
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in loyalty programs, rewards platforms, Web3, or digital ecosystems
- Prior exposure to high-growth startups or scaling businesses
- Understanding of consumer engagement, gamification, or user acquisition models
