About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Consultant to lead the conceptualization, design, and deployment of AI-led solutions in the Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain.

This role requires deep domain expertise, technical knowledge of AI technologies, and the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders to drive innovative finance solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Act as the functional SPOC with deep expertise in F&A domain and technology.

- Provide guidance and oversight on AI-led solutions across the F&A value chain (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, FP&A, Controls, and Compliance).

- Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders on AI in Finance.

- Conceptualize, design, and deploy next-gen F&A technology solutions leveraging AI, ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI.

- Oversee solution lifecycle including IP rights, solution roadmaps, and implementation hygiene.

- Conduct research on latest AI/ML developments and recommend innovations in F&A solutions.

Secondary Responsibilities / Added Advantage:

- Experience in development and deployment of AI solutions in the F&A space.

- Lead training sessions to increase adoption of AI-led solutions across the practice.

- Strong presentation, documentation, and spreadsheet skills for client engagement and internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong domain knowledge in at least 2 of 3 F&A towers.

- Deep understanding of AI-led solutions in Finance.

- Ability to work in ambiguous and complex environments and manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent soft skills to work effectively as an individual contributor in a horizontal-vertical structure.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
