Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Key Accounts Manager / Recruitment Manager to manage large-scale recruitment operations and client relationships in the Non-IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in blue-collar and bulk hiring, especially in the manufacturing and automobile sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end client requirements and ensure timely manpower delivery.

- Lead and manage the recruitment team for blue-collar and bulk hiring.

- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Drive new client onboarding and expand business opportunities.

- Conduct client visits to assess manpower needs and resolve issues.

- Manage escalations and ensure smooth operations with internal teams.

- Track performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs.

- Coordinate manpower supply across manufacturing and automobile clients.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry.

- Proven expertise in blue-collar and bulk hiring.

- Strong experience in managing clients in manufacturing and automobile sectors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Team management and client servicing experience.

- Willingness to travel across client locations - Maraimalainagar, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, Sunguvarchatram, MWC.
