
We seek a business-driven Key Account Manager (E-com and Quick-com) with deep experience in the nutraceuticals sector. This is a hands-on role for someone prepared to own P&L impact across D2C and marketplace channels (Amazon, Swiggy IM, Zepto, BlinkIt, Big Basket, etc.), drive targeted growth, and ensure ROI-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Ownership:
- Architect and implement comprehensive growth and performance marketing strategies for D2C website and major marketplaces.
- Take end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability across digital channels.
P&L and ROI Leadership:
- Own the marketing budget, set and monitor ROI, ROAS, TAT (turnaround time for campaigns), CAC, LTV, and other business metrics.
- Track, report, and optimize for key financial and operational marketing KPIs.
Marketplace Growth:
- Develop tailored promotional strategies for each marketplace, leveraging platform tools and data to maximize visibility and sales.
- Optimize listings, campaign budgets, and product positioning in a competitive landscape.
