Role Overview:
Hiring an experienced professional to manage Modern Trade and Export channels. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, P&L ownership, and a track record in scaling retail and export distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full P&L ownership for both Modern Trade and Export segments.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with key MT chains and export partners.
- Define and execute sales strategies, trade promotions, and channel programs.
- Ensure timely fulfilment and stock availability in coordination with operations.
- Expand into new export markets and build channel partnerships.
- Monitor sales KPIs, market share, and develop data-driven growth initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience managing MT and/or Exports in the FMCG or packaged food space.
- Hands-on experience in handling trade terms, margin structures, and account-level strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle supply chain coordination, pricing strategies, and sales performance tracking.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to international trade regulations and distributor management in global markets.
- Experience with ERP and sales automation tools.
