Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers in key modern trade chains.
- Act as the main point of contact for all account-related activities, ensuring excellent client service.
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement and track in-store visibility and promotions to drive sell-out.
Commercial Operations
- Negotiate trading terms, margins, and listing fees with accounts.
- Ensure timely collections and manage account-level receivables and credit notes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage forecasting, supply chain, and logistics.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure account needs are met.
- Guide and support field sales and promoter teams in execution at store level.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership with insights and action plans.
