Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Sales & business Development
- Manage end-to-end institutional business sales operations
- Lead trade and marketing initiatives for the Maida category
- Handle PAN India GT (General Trade) market operations
- Develop and execute strategies for export markets, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations
2. Key Account and Vendor Management
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop and manage vendors supporting maida operations
- Engage regularly with customers to provide updates on maida market trends, raw material and global challenges
3. Contracts and procurement
- Manage Annual/Quarterly/Monthly contracts and RFQ processes with key customers
- Handle contract execution and fulfillment through CMUs
- Oversee annual contracts with key CMUs
- Manage raw material (RM) buying (forward/spot buying) aligned with strategic customer requirements
4. Operational and Commercial Management
- Ensure timely payment recovery from customers
- Handle vendor payments and address associates pain points
- Supervise stock management, packaging material procurement and by-product realization
- Circulate daily P&L reports to management and present weekly reviews
5. New Product Development
- Coordinate NPD operations and execution in collaboration with the Quality and R&D team
