Profile : Key Account Manager

We are looking for people from brands like: Carmesi, Plush, Peesafe, Bombay Shaving Company, Sirona, BeBodyWise, Evereve (Universal Corporation Limited), Chemist at Play, WishCare ,Honasa, Nua, Paree.

1. Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies and executing plans to drive and scale Revenue

2. Comprehensive understanding of Business Growth, P&L and how to plan monthly Business Growth and ensure profitability.

3. Must know about how to grow the Brands on Flipkart and what are the growth lever of E-commerce.

4. Must have experience of monthly planning - Pricing, Marketing Budget allocation, Stock Planning etc.

5. Must Know about the targeted audience, how to target audience through Performance Marketing and good hands-on Marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI, TACOS, ACOS etc)

6. Know About Flipkart Operation Metrics Like Pickup re-attempt, Dispatch Breaches etc.

7. Good Understanding of Regional Stock distribution to maintain the level of RIS (FBF Consignment).

8. Strong coordination with Flipkart team for Monthly Opt-in offers, JIRA Support, Commission Waivers, Brand Visibilities etc.

Additional Requirements:

- Well-versed with Google Sheets and in-depth knowledge of Excel's formulas

- A person should have strong analytical skills to play with data, draw projections and inferences, and execute them.

- Must have teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, prioritization, team bonding, fast learning, ownership, and communication skills.

Education Background:

- Any Graduate

- Experience: 2-3 years in the eCommerce industry with a similar role

- Logical thinking and mathematical ability to work with figures without compromising on accuracy.
