Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented professional to join as a Key Account Manager - Retention, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic accounts. The role involves driving client success, improving retention metrics, and maximizing recurring revenue opportunities through strong relationship management and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for existing key clients, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction

- Drive client engagement through structured interactions, stakeholder alignment, and strategic account planning

- Develop and share high-quality business insights and performance updates through timely executive reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to roll out initiatives aimed at up-selling, cross-selling, and increasing revenue per account

- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to internal team members to enhance service delivery and client experience

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of industry experience, ideally within insurance (TPA, broker, or insurer) with exposure to Health & Benefits (H&B)

- Demonstrated ability in handling key accounts and adding measurable value to client relationships

- Prior experience in engaging with CHROs, HR leaders, CFOs, or finance stakeholders is advantageous
