
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow business with key dealers, distributors, architects, and project clients. The role demands strong relationship management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of product portfolios in the bath fittings and wellness category.
Description:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields preferred, with strong conceptual understanding of premium product categories.
- 5-10 years of experience in Luxury Building Materials, Bathware, Lighting, Interior Products, or Premium Consumer Durables, with a successful track record in project and influencer-driven sales.
- Strong network and established relationships with top architects, interior designers, developers, hotel groups, and premium channel partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and secure high-value specifications.
- Flair for design aesthetics, color coordination, and an understanding of evolving luxury market trends, consumer preferences, and premium lifestyle solutions.
- Ability to handle end-to-end project sales, including lead generation, BOQ/specifications, sample approvals, design discussions, and timely order closures.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and strategic territory planning.
- Proven capability to work with premium clientele, manage long sales cycles, and deliver superior customer experience.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal teams product, supply chain, pricing, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed MIS, sales forecasts, CRM entries, and regular reporting to management.
- A polished, well-groomed personality with high levels of professionalism, confidence, and client-facing etiquette.
- Ability to provide on-site product presentations, conduct architect meet-ups, and participate in design events or exhibitions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
