Key Account Sales (Middle East)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Target Clients: Large Chinese enterprises (e.g, in telecommunications, high-tech, footwear & apparel)

Client Type: SKA (Strategic Key Accounts) / KA (Key Accounts)

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Management Support:

- Oversee support across multiple dimensions such as target setting, mechanisms, systems, and tools for Chinese SKA/KA industry clients.

Full Customer Lifecycle Management:

- Opportunity development

- Deep account management

- Client status monitoring

- Churn prevention and recovery

Business Strategy Formulation and Execution:

- Develop and implement account segmentation strategies

- Plan peak season strategies (e.g , Double 11, year-end promotions)

- Support and execute other organizational strategies

Cross-Team Collaboration and Execution:

- Collaborate with business regions and industry operations departments to align, integrate, and implement initiatives from corporate HQ and functional teams.

Participation in Tenders and Business Decisions:

- Participate in client bidding processes and support key business decision-making.

Project Operations and Exception Handling:

- Monitor daily operations of KA projects

- Handle major issues and anomalies

- Manage client requirements and coordinate cross-functional resources

Job Requirements:

Language Skills:

- English proficiency is mandatory (as a working language)

- While clients are Chinese enterprises, internal and external communication will require strong English skills

Industry and Client Experience:

- Prior experience working with large Chinese enterprises is preferred

- Background in serving clients from telecom/high-tech or footwear & apparel industries is a plus

Warehouse/Logistics Experience:

- Candidates with experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations will be given preference

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with the Middle East market, especially Dubai or GCC countries' business practices

- Experience working with Chinese multinational clients (e.g, Huawei, ZTE, ANTA, Li-Ning, etc.)

- B2B sales or solution sales background, with understanding of enterprise procurement processes

- Experience using ERP, CRM, or e-tendering platforms
