About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager to drive prescription-led growth in the cardiology segment. The role involves managing strategic accounts, building strong relationships with top cardiologists, and driving adoption of innovative medical devices across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key cardiology accounts (hospitals, cath labs, cardiac centers)

- Drive prescription generation through strong clinician engagement

- Build relationships with cardiologists, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders

- Lead commercial negotiations and institutional sales

- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and supply chain teams

- Support CMEs, workshops, and product launches

- Track KPIs, revenue targets, and market performance

- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights

Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience in medical device sales (cardiology preferred)

- Strong experience in key account management and institutional sales

- Proven track record of driving prescription-based growth

- Established network with cardiologists and healthcare institutions

- Experience with tenders and commercial negotiations
