Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager - Sales Domestic to drive strategic growth and revenue through new client acquisition, partner engagement, and market expansion initiatives. As part of our dynamic Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with publishers, educational institutions, and content providers, growth of current accounts and driving conversions from prospect to partner. You will be expected to anticipate client needs, industry trends, and our value proposition to position our print and distribution solutions effectively. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research prospective clients in the publishing and education sectors, leveraging platforms, events, and networks to build a qualified pipeline.

- Client Engagement: Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and meetings to pitch our services, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to fit business goals.

- Proposal Development & Closure: Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business cases for clients. Lead negotiations and close commercial deals in alignment with our pricing and profitability models.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with operations, content, legal, finance and client servicing executives to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients into long- term partners.

- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, promoting ads thru ecommerce ,and new technology to proactively identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

- Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all Sales activities, deal statuses, and client interactions using CRM tools. Provide weekly pipeline updates and forecasts to the CRO.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the publishing ecosystem to increase repeat business and referrals.

- Event Representation: Represent us at trade shows, publishing conferences, and virtual webinars to strengthen brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Experience, Qualification and Skills Required:

- 7+ years of experience in Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in publishing, EdTech, content, or related B2C service sectors.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and successfully closing B2C deals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g: Monday.com, Slack and Microsoft Office Suite.)

- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

- A proactive, self-driven personality with a passion for books, content, and the future of digital print distribution.
