Job Summary:

As a Key Account Manager specializing in LFS (Large Format Stores), MBO (Multi-Brand Outlets), and SIS (Specialized Independent Stores) channels, you will be pivotal in driving sustainable growth by managing and nurturing key customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong aptitude for data analysis, program execution, and collaborative negotiation, focused on maximizing sell-in and sell-out performance while enhancing visibility and operational efficiency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives within LFS, MBO, and SIS channels.

- Execute and monitor MBO programs to optimize product placement, promotional activities, and sales effectiveness.

- Analyze sales data to track sell-in and sell-out trends, identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating risks.

- Manage SIS operations by building and maintaining strong relationships with key store partners to ensure high visibility and superior brand representation.

- Lead negotiations with channel partners to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals and company policies.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align on demand planning, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.

- Drive continuous improvement of account management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

- Mentor and coach junior account managers or sales personnel as needed to build a high-performing team culture focused on results and customer centricity.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned channels to expand market presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or MBA with relevant experience in sales or account management, preferably within apparel, fashion, or retail industries.

- 6 to 7 years of demonstrable success in key account management, channel development, or business growth within LFS, MBO, and SIS segments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

- Proven expertise in executing channel programs, optimizing sell-in/sell-out, and managing specialized store operations.

- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting partnerships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies to deliver aligned and impactful business outcomes.

- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue and market share targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
