About the Role

Cloudhire is seeking a client-focused and analytical Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with B2B customers who use our hiring dashboard and recruitment solutions.

This role requires someone who understands the recruitment lifecycle, ATS workflows, and LinkedIn hiring, enabling them to guide clients on how to use Cloudhires platform effectively to meet their hiring goals.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and continuous value deliverywhile identifying opportunities for account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Product Adoption

- Lead the onboarding process for new B2B clients and ensure smooth implementation of the Cloudhire dashboard.

- Train clients on platform features, best practices, and end-to-end usage aligned with their hiring processes.

- Understand each clients recruitment workflow to help them optimize hiring through the Cloudhire platform.

Account Management & Client Relationship

- Act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and consistent engagement.

- Support clients with questions, platform guidance, and best practices to improve their hiring efficiency.

- Monitor platform usage, adoption patterns, and client activity to identify risks and opportunities.

- Conduct regular check-ins, review calls, and performance updates with clients.

Business Growth & Upsell Support

- Identify opportunities for upselling additional features, user seats, or higher-tier plans.

- Collaborate with the sales team to convert expansion opportunities.

- Provide insights from client usage to support product improvements and retention strategies.

Issue Resolution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech support, sales) to resolve client issues quickly.

- Communicate client feedback, feature requests, and issues to relevant teams.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain updated account data, renewal timelines, and client activity logs in the CRM/ATS.

- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on account health, usage analytics, and client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client servicing in recruitment, HR tech, ATS, or SaaS environments.

- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, sourcing, and hiring lifecycle.

- Experience using ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.

- Knowledge of LinkedIn hiring, sourcing tools, and recruitment methodologies.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to guide clients effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics
