Looking for a KAM - Quick commerce for a FMCG company based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key Account Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact within the company. - Understand the business goals and requirements of key accounts and align them with solutions. - Regularly engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing value-added services. - Monitor and track key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve targets. 2. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, leveraging the q - commerce platform to expand service offerings. - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into key accounts. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. 3. Solution Implementation and Support: - Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer support, to ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of q-commerce solutions for key accounts. - Provide training and support to key account personnel, ensuring they understand and utilize the q - commerce platform effectively. - Act as a liaison between key accounts and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution. 4. Performance Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze key account performance data, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and delivery efficiency, to identify trends and areas of improvement. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for key accounts and internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Proven experience in key account management, business development, or sales, preferably within the quick commerce or on-demand delivery industry. - Strong understanding of e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Proactive and result-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
