Key Account Manager
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 12 key E-commerce and Q-commerce accounts, ensuring strong revenue growth and account hygiene.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with category teams on partner platforms.
- Track and optimize sales performance, pricing, promotions, and listings.
- Lead execution of joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and new product launches for managed accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with brand and sales goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across E-commerce platforms, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or Client Relationship roles.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client relationships
