Hiring for Key Account Manager - QuickCommerce for leading Icecream Brand

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client accounts in the Quickcommerce channel.

- Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving business objectives and challenges.

- Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining strategies to achieve growth, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

- Achieve revenue/sales targets as specified.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, thereby increasing revenue and maximizing account value.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account performance and opportunities for improvement.

- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations and logistics to ensure seamless execution of account strategies
