
Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) - Project Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Generate project-based sales for Architectural hardware solutions through proactive market reach from the Defined Key Accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and project procurement teams.
Key Account & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with top Builders Company, architects, interior designers, PMCs, developers, and major contractors.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure continuous engagement and brand recall among decision makers.
- Continuous Travelling among the Key Accounts Place for Orders Generation, Demonstration / Samplings, Business Meetings, etc. and Factory visits whenever required for Key Clients.
Project Management:
- Track project pipelines from lead generation to closing and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Logistics, Operations, Technical) for smooth fulfillment.
- Ensure timely quotations, project BOQs, and product negotiations.
- Monitor competition activities and provide market intelligence.
Technical Support & Product Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance on product selection based on project specifications.
- Understand architectural drawings, hardware applications, and project site requirements.
- Conduct trainings and product demos for partners and clients.
Channel Coordination:
- Collaborate with distributors/dealers where routing is required.
- Support channel partners in large project conversions where KAM required local Support.
- Ensure timely order execution and payment follow-up as per company policy.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain updated MIS, CRM entries, funnel reports, and project trackers.
- Submit weekly reports, forecasts, and monthly business updates.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance, pricing policy, and documentation standards.
