As a Key Account Manager for the Lubricants MNC, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients in automotive industry in the Delhi NCR and Northern region. Your day-to-day activities will involve understanding their business needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver exceptional value to our OEM partners. This role directly impacts our revenue growth, market share, and the long-term success of our strategic OEM partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key OEM clients, aligning with their business objectives and our company's goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing OEM accounts to increase sales and market penetration.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at OEM organizations.

- Conduct regular business reviews with OEM clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of OEM clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Manage and resolve any issues or escalations from OEM clients in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful key account management strategies within the automotive OEM sector for lubricants industry.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM organizations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges in a timely manner.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- A Bachelor's/PG degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering is mandatory.

- A stable career with not more than 3 switches in the past 10 years.

- Adaptability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site client visits and remote collaboration.
