Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage medical practitioners inclined to shift from clinical practice to leadership/administration or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Promote and sensitize healthcare professionals about education programs, certifications, or leadership pathways offered by the institution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and program adoption.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and enrollment budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operational teams to enhance outreach and program delivery.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in educational institutions/universities or medical education programs (preferred).
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to understand and present value propositions effectively to senior medical professionals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Education & Experience:
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or Education Management is preferred.
- 8-10 years of key account management experience, preferably in educational services, medical education, or leadership development programs
