This is for the Amazon Indian Marketplace. - They should have at least 2.5 years of work exp on Amazon Indian Marketplace- in terms of handling P&L, cataloguing, listing, A+ content, AMS, etc. PFB the complete Job description for the same Role & Responsibility : - Deliver Sales goals on online marketplaces preferably Amazon Marketplace, along with P&L Responsibility - Channel/Account Management - Taking care of tasks related to specific channels, coordinating with category managers/account managers of various channels - Execute the Joint Business Plan for driving profitable sales growth for our brands on Amazon and Others. - Negotiate and Own the "Terms of Trade" with Ecom customers for a Win-Win partnership - Customer Management - Building relationships with the E-Com retailers at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM, and brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance. - Assortment: Improving assortment on platforms & driving listings of new launch with speed - Promotions - Understanding the Key Business Drivers for each account and formulating an activation calendar in line with that - Coordinating with Internal Mensa central marketing team to work on demand generation initiatives - Managing Amazon Advertising and Amazon Marketing Services for the brand. Qualification & Experience Requirements : - MBA in Sales & Marketing with 3-8+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry. - The Ideal candidate should have worked as a category Manager with an online retailer or has been a KAM for the E-Commerce channel with a leading brand - Data orientation and strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
