We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager with a strong background in FMCG, specifically in skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care, to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key accounts in marketplace environments, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies tailored to marketplace platforms to achieve revenue targets.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing accounts on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
