Description:
Location: PAN India.
CTC: Up to 50 LPA (based on experience and expertise).
Experience: 10-20 Years.
Industry: Retail | Fashion | Apparel | Luxury Goods.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening brand visibility, and ensuring premium positioning across modern trade and large format retail (LFR) channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the national sales and account strategy to maximize revenue and brand presence.
- Negotiate annual contracts, trade terms, and promotional budgets with retail partners.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure visibility and premium in-store presentation aligned with brand identity.
- Track account performance, analyze sales trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead new product launches, promotions, and exclusive collaborations.
- Manage regional account teams and align them with overall sales objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing PAN India modern trade accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of fashion retail operations, category management, and merchandising.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
