The Key Account Manager will manage the companys most important client accounts, ensuring long-term retention, satisfaction, and growth.

This role demands a strategic, consultative approach and excellent relationship management skills to drive value for both clients and the company.

Looking for candidates having experience in ISP/Telecom domain.


Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building trusted advisor relationships.

- Develop deep understanding of clients business goals, challenges, and industry landscape.

- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales

teams to close deals.

- Coordinate internally across delivery, support, product, and finance teams to ensure exceptional client service.

- Monitor account performance and financial health, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.

- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments to maximize value and client retention.

- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights.

- Act as a client advocate within the company to ensure responsiveness and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Skills

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in key account management or strategic client management in ISP/Telecom domain.

- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and complex relationships.

- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Customer-focused and proactive approach to client success
