Key Responsibilities:
- Business Delivery: Collaborate with local teams to achieve business objectives and ensure target delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and enhance customer retention.
- Market Intelligence: Track competition activities and take proactive measures to counter market challenges effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on pricing, sales performance, and in-market stocks to guide strategic decisions.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring all spends are aligned with budgetary guidelines.
