Responsibilities:
- Define what Emerging Sales Channels mean for the business today and tomorrow
- Identify high-potential segments (corporates, tech parks, airlines, hotels, cafs, schools, hospitals, co-working spaces, events, festivals, etc.)
- Build a 12-24 month growth roadmap with clear revenue, margin, and scale targets
- Decide which channels to double down on, pilot, or deprioritise
- Acquire and grow key institutional and HoReCa accounts
- Design channel-specific assortments, pack formats, pricing
- Own the corporate gifting business end-to-end
- Build scalable playbooks for Diwali, festive seasons, onboarding kits, conferences, and events
- Work with Marketing & Design on gift packs, co-branded solutions, and premium formats
- Ensure gifting is a profitable growth lever, not a discount-driven business
Experience & Capability:
- 6-8 years of experience in Institutional Sales / HoReCa / Corporate Gifting / New Channels
- Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Hospitality / B2B Consumer Businesses
- Proven ability to build channels from scratch or scale them significantly
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
