Job Title: Key Account Manager, GTR (Global Travel Retail)
Location: Mumbai /Gurgaon(we are looking someone relevant, location is flexible to Mumbai or Gurgaon)
Experience: 10- 15 years+
Mandate Experience: Travel Retail (global travel retail is highly appreciated)
Handle planning, customer meeting/relationship management, strategy making for brands for 3-5 years
Person will handle Sri Lanka and PAN India
IC role with 38 brand ambassadors supporting to this role
Travel across country and Sri Lanka

Role Responsibilities
- Business management role with over responsibility of building strategy to deliver entire P&L and enable the execution of strategy.
- Leveraging the portfolio of brands and leaning on the marketing & financial strategy
- Preparation and execution of Emerging Asia GTR strategy to deliver executional and financial performance goals for the region
- Management of a team of 38 Brand Ambassadors, overall supervision of the region and direct responsibility for management of Key Accounts
- Monthly review of all P&L metrics with appropriate planning and interventions put in place to ensure the achievement of company goals
- Lead the strategy and agenda on Brand Ambassador efficiency and optimization across all relevant markets, coaching and developing team to lead to brilliant execution of the BA plan
- Coaching and developing team to deliver a step change in executional improvements across all key sales drivers to ensure Company's brands are winning at the Point of Purchase
- Lead trading terms and price negotiations and implement changes with Key Customers
- Develop annual in-store promotional plans across brand activation platforms, marketing and price investment to deliver on established brand objectives
- Deliver on RSVP3 goals annually (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion and Persuasion) at Key Account and store level
- Train and educate buying teams and in store sales staff (including BA's) on our brand portfolios
- Understand market dynamics, market trends and competitor activity and utilize this information to develop plans that assist in Company winning in the marketplace
- Work collaboratively with the Domestic team to deliver on the best overall outcomes for Company, aligning brand and pricing priorities where possible.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/MBA
- 10 years' experience in Spirits & Beverages Sales or FMCG.
