Job Description: - You will be accountable for the level of customer service provided by the sales force, responsible for their training, development and field effectiveness. Report on market and competitive developments to your manager, taking a pro-active role in recommending operational improvements. - Ensure that the customers assigned to you are called on regularly. Ensure distribution of all relevant range in these stores with quality merchandising of all brands. - Responsible for supervising the working of sales team members and merchandisers assigned to you. - Responsible for delivering sales, visibility, collection and merchandising objectives set by your manager for all staff reporting in to you. - Ensure that the sales force are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives. - Work in the market on a regular basis with all Sales Personnel to assist them in managing customer issues, improving performance and providing training objectives. - Masters preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing with min 6 years of experience in FMCG Sales handling Key Accounts
