About the Company:

We are hiring for a well established rice/spices exporter with strong sourcing, milling, and quality capabilities built over two decades of international trade. Having earned credibility in global markets, the promoters are now entering the Indian domestic packaged rice segment, with a clear intent to build a scalable, profitable, and trusted brand.

This role offers an opportunity to build channels from the ground up and work closely with leadership.

Role Objective:

The Key Account Manager will drive growth across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, and E-commerce channels, ensuring strong execution, visibility, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Modern Trade accounts (Reliance, DMart, Nature's Basket, Spencer's, etc.)

- Drive Q-Commerce growth (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket)

- Manage E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

- Lead account onboarding, listings, and assortment expansion

- Execute promotions and track ROI

- Drive new product launches and scale-up

- Monitor secondary sales, fill rates, and performance metrics

- Build strong relationships with key retail partners

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3-6 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Staples / Consumer Products

- Hands-on experience managing Modern Trade / Q-Commerce / E-commerce

- Experience working with mid-size or fast-growing companies preferred

- Strong execution orientation and ownership mindset

- Comfortable working in startup / fast-paced environment
